“When I was 3 months pregnant after a flight with really bad turbulence, I was absolutely terrified at the thoughts of ever flying again.  A year later my next experience was so awful that I felt no holiday was worth this.  As I had attended Eileen with my two children on different occasions I decide to give it a try.  Now a month before I fly I take my remedies and I am more calm and relaxed and feel my fear is now easing.
