Happy Client Loses 15lb, Drops Two Dress Sizes and Beats Sugar Addiction

It can be really hard to lose weight when you have a busy life, struggle with sugar addiction and you comfort eat to help unwind. You know in your head what you need to do to put it right but somehow it just doesn’t happen. One of my clients had enough of being caught in this cycle, trying the usual diets and coming up against the same obstacles that she decided it was time to try something different. That was a holistic healthy weight loss programme that takes you back to basics to look at the foundations of your health and address your weight loss from the inside out.
