My passion is to help people who are experiencing health difficulties to feel vibrant and healthy again using Homeopathy. I see people of all ages with a wide range of complaints but the busiest part of my practice is clients seeking help for hormonal issues, infertility, stress and anxiety. I am a Registered Homeopath from the accredited Irish School of Homeopathy and I have been practicing since 2007. An important part of my approach is that I listen carefully to every individual’s health journey. I have my own health story and a whole bunch of life experience so I understand the uniqueness of everyone’s path in health and well-being.
Women come to me with a range of health concerns that can impact their lives in many ways. They may feel tired or worn out trying to juggle family, work and social responsibilities. Sometimes they know what they need to do to improve their health, other times they just haven’t had a chance to stop and pinpoint what is going wrong. Through an open and gentle conversation, we work together to explore how your health can be restored and maintained and we use natural homeopathic remedies to accelerate your healing.

You may have already tried a number of treatment options but are not getting the results you would like and are ready to try something new.
Which is exactly how I started out too.
Some years ago, after suffering from repeated chest infections and feeling out of sorts with lots of niggling health issues, I accidentally found myself exploring the world of complementary medicine. With such amazing results, a newfound curiosity and an interest in understanding how it all worked, my journey into holistic healthcare began. Having spent 16 years working in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, I went on to train in Reiki and thereafter to specialise in Homeopathy. I have never looked back!
How we work together
I have had the pleasure of working with adults and children who come with a broad spectrum of emotional, hormonal and physical illnesses such as anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks, compulsive disorder, sleep problems, IBS, hayfever, skin complaints, acne, fertility issues, menopause and menstrual disorders.
My approach is person-centred so as well as Homeopathy I use a range of tools to help you heal in the most gentle and effective way possible. This can include supports such as Detoxification, Tissue Salts, Flower Essences and CEASE Therapy.

I am extremely passionate about Homeopathy and seeing people return to feeling radiantly healthy and vibrant. It is a true privilege to hear people share their stories of where they are struggling and to help them on the path to good health and well-being in a gentle and supportive way. It’s not all serious either, we enjoy many moments of laughter too.
There is an incredible transformation that naturally unfolds during our work together and one which empowers people on their healing journey. That is, gaining a personal insight and deeper understanding about yourself. In learning about your own body and responses, the increased self-awareness creates more opportunities for personal growth, positive changes and feeling radiantly vibrant in your life.

The things I love to do when I feel radiantly healthy
- I really love to travel and I have been very lucky to have travelled to many beautiful countries. I love to explore new destinations and already have my eye on the next place I would like to visit.
- I enjoy great, healthy food and love being out and about, soaking up the atmosphere of a restaurant and having my taste buds scintillated. I love trying out new places.
- And when I’m eating in, I’ll pour over food recipe books and cook up a storm at home.
- I absolutely must have my one really good cup of coffee per day. And I love all my herbal teas. It’s fun to try new blends.
- Walking in nature. I love my walks in Phoenix Park but being anywhere in nature makes me feel really grounded.
