Hi
I do a lot of long flights every year. The main problems are :
1. Stagnation of fluids – lack of venous circulation due to sitting down a long time. (Generals: Stagnated, as if blood)
2. Lack of air – (plus it’s recycled and anything but fresh.)
3. Build up of gas due to eating bad food combinations (for example cold fruit after starch and protein)
Therefore I have have found that a dose of Carbo veg 30 every two hours is a really effective remedy for Jet Lag. (And don’t eat the fruit!)
Also if there is a family history of thrombosis Vipera 30 should be useful.
Best wishes
David Mundy
